There are two different schools of thought about the start of treatments.
One has odd theory about the start of medical. This is fundamentalist group which says the history of medical (treatments) is as old as the history of human being it self. This group has no further definition about its theory nor it can explain the different eras according to their systems of medication (treatments) and progress.
Second group has more clear concept about the very start of healing but this is further divided into two further classes. One of them say, the knowledge of medication depends upon human experience, research and thoughts. While the other says knowledge of treatments is the result of divine revelation.
In further ages second class of 2nd school of thought got popularity and many physicians like Hippocrates (460-370 BC), Plato (429-347 BC) accepted and promoted this theory.
Plato also said that Asqali Baqous was the person of divine revelation.
But this fact is surprising that next, Felose and Asalees who were students of Hippocrates, accepted and followed first school of though that is “Medical knowledge is based on human experience, research and thoughts”.
Treatments knowledge was also known as divine revelation by various nations. Jews believed that Moses (Peace be upon him) had knowledge of treatments divined on him by God almighty.
Asabi believed, treatments knowledge had been divined on their religious advisors.
Fire worshipers believed that Zartash got four different books of which one had complete knowledge of treatments.
Christians believed that Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) was reveled the knowledge of healing through “Father”, through which he used to cure blinds and patients of leprosy.
But Muslims followed 1st theory that is, medication (knowledge of treatment) is the result of research and human ideology. However some scholars like Abu Jabbir Maghrabi and Sheikh Mo-ufiq-uddin-asuad-bin Ilyas-Mautran had determined the knowledge of treatments under divine revelation.
Tib-E-Nabvi (Prophet’s Treatments) is a constant subject in Islamic studies. In further details some scholars say Tib-E-Nabvi (Prophet’s Medication) was divine while other like philosopher Ibn-E-Khaldoon say through various argues that knowledge of treatment was prophet’s own research.
